Identity Self Healing was born from my own journey of remembering who I'm.

There was a time when I felt disconnected from myself. I had spent years becoming who I thought I needed to be, carrying stories, expectations, fears, and beliefs that slowly pulled me away from who I truly was.

Through storytelling, meditation, Reiki, breathwork, journaling, and deep self-reflection, I began finding my way back.

Not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who I had been all along.

Today, I create a safe and nurturing space for others to do the same.

I believe that many of us are carrying stories that no longer belong to us — stories inherited from family, culture, relationships, or experiences that shaped our lives.

When we become aware of those stories, we create the possibility for transformation.

Through heart-to-heart connection, I help people reconnect with their emotions, their inner voice, and the wisdom that already lives within them.

Think of me as a bridge.

Not someone who has all the answers, but someone who walks beside you as you discover your own.
